Marking the Frame
When you are marking the boards you might also want to write "top" on the top board and "bottom" on the bottom board, and specify which is the left, and which is the right side on each. (BL=bottom left, BR=bottom right)

Now you can take your drill and the 7/32" drill bit and drill two holes between each pair of lines you have just made. Also drill two similar holes on each end of the two boards you just marked.
