How to Install T-nuts:

Install Round Base T-nuts

Install 4 prong T-nuts

When T-nuts are installed in the back of a climbing wall
they allow the user to quickly fasten or remove climbing
holds without power tools. Most climbing hold manufactureres
use bolts and t-nuts with a 3/8"-16 thread. This means if
you're wall has 3/8"-16 t-nuts installed, you can use
holds from almost any company. All the nuts, bolts
and concrete anchors sold at ThreeBallClimbing.com have
a 3/8"-16 thread.
