Lifetime Replacement Warranty

At Three Ball Climbing we produce the highest quality products on the market. If there is ever a flaw in a climbing hold like a crack or a hole that wasn't drilled out properly please contact us for a replacement. We don't have a complicated warranty designed to discourage claims. Simply send us an email or give us a call. We'll need the name the order was placed under, your email address associated with the order and a couple pictures. If there is a design flaw or defect we want to know about it so we can eliminate it. If we need to inspect the hold to determine the cause of the defect we'll pay to ship it back. Our warranty never expires. Even if a climbing hold breaks 10 years from now, we'll replace it!

We keep a good stock of our products on hand so we can ship right away. Under normal conditions, orders under $1000 will be shipped within 24 hours. If you order custom colors we can usually get your order shipped out the next day. If you need something really fast call for availability. We can ship next day, 2nd day or ground. We use Fed Ex for most shipments, and USPS priority mail when necessary.

30 Day Return Policy

Please contact threeballclimbing@yahoo.com prior to returning any holds. All returns of unused/undamaged climbing holds will be charged a 15% restocking fee. We offer a 50% refund of the item purchase price for used climbing holds. Returns of climbing holds made with a custom color/colors will be charged a 40% restocking fee. Orders for hardware are non-refundable. Original shipping cost is non-refundable. Returned holds are subject to inspection. If any holds are damaged during return shipping, the original value of each hold will be subtracted from the total refund amount.

Actual shipping cost paid by Three Ball Climbing will be subtracted from the total refund amount for all orders originally qualifying for free shipping. Returned items do not qualify for free shipping.
Items must be received by Three Ball Climbing LLC. within 30 days of the original shipping date. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

If you wish to exchange your unused holds for a different set, please include a check or money order in the amount of the price difference + the shipping cost for the new set. All exchanges are subject to the return policy.

Make sure you get a full refund!

PACKING TIPS:
Place all hardware in a plastic bag.

If possible use the original packing material.

Make sure the holds will not bounce around or rub each other
by surrounding each hold in paper.

Make sure that nothing will shift in the box once closed by shaking it.
If holds or hardware are shaking around they could be damaged during shipping
and must be repacked.
